The motion must be truly perpetual and must not rely on natural energy sources such as wind or tidal or planetary motion. Others dismissed the notion of a motor driven by permanent magnets alone as defying the laws of thermodynamics. Many attempts at developing perpetual motion machines have focussed on the use of magnets.

Of course i know that a perpetual motion machine could not exist due to the first law of thermodynamics however i ve been struggling to find an explanation on why this particular motor seems to run so. There are many attempts along history but always the same ending. For those whom say not posible to make a magnetic motor your living on one. Scientists and inventors alike have attempted to use permanent magnets alone to drive a motor.

Such a motor is theoretically as well as practically not realizable. Magnets can influence the motion of objects at some distance with seemingly no input of external energy. A magnet motor or magnetic motor is a type of perpetual motion machine which is intended to generate a rotation by means of permanent magnets in stator and rotor without external energy supply. Our solar syster is run controlled by magnetic forces.

But by then any place that this thing exists will have suffered a catastrophic event resulting in its destruction. A permanent magnet motor would not produce energy and would not be a perpetual motion machine. In other words you are invited to violate accepted fundamental laws in the most convincing way possible the instructions state. Use of black holes spatial singu larities or magnetic monopoles are expressly forbidden.

The earth itself is a magnetic motor its been running for a very long time taking 24hrs to revolve and 365 days for the travel around the sun. Dont forget gravity is also magnetic in a different form. Magnets can indeed be used to create perpetual motion. Instead it would simply use the electromagnetic energy delivered by the angular momentum of the electron in the form of magnetic forces.

Even with zero friction impossible magnetism that results in work is still consuming energy that will eventually be depleted. It might be trillions and trillions of years depending on the setup.
